cym is committed to developing Godly leaders, this is why most of our activities are student lead. the leadership of cym plans, prepares, and implements our programs. cym is students planned, student ran, and student lead. this student leadership team is called SALT>>>>

SALT members make a one-year commitment to the leadership program of cym, here they will undergo leadership training through seminars and retreats. each leader is required to attend weekly planning and strategizing meeting where the students plan and prepare for the direction the ministry is moving. Each leader is also in charge for over-sight of a specific ministry. These ministries are as follows:

>Worship
Music selection, Power point set up, creative services, rehearsals, and The Worship Book.

>Technical Team
Sound booth, video projector set up and tear down, and maintained.

>Drama and Video
Drama selection, set up, implementation, rehearsals, and the Drama Book

>Athletics
Game selection, set up, tear down, and the Games Book.

>Administration
Keep Database, send cards, photography, sign up sheets, and etc...
